This year art lovers will enjoy the Normandy Impressionist Festival with major exhibitions in the fine art museums of Caen, Giverny, Le Havre and Rouen plus an exciting programme of events across all the arts.
For ten days in June, the medieval city of Rouen will welcome the world's finest tall ships and their crews for the 25th anniversary celebrations of the Armada festival along the banks of the Seine river.
And the Tour de France will pass through Normandy on 10th July against the stunning backdrop of the Mont-Saint-Michel.
